At this point your mix should be creamy but runny, if the mixture is too thick add a little water.
Add the Bulgur to the sauce, cover it and let it sit for about 30 minutes for the all the mixture to get thick.
Transfer the contents of the pan into a food processor, add the Parsley and Sun Dried Tomatoes, run the processor intermittently for few seconds at a time. Keep checking the mix till it becomes pasty and thick enough to hold it's shape on a plate.
Leave some Parsley for garnish, form it to your desired shape on the plate.
Finally drizzle olive oil on the top, garnish with Parsley and enjoy this Mediterranean healthy Treasure
