  • Pre Heat the oven to 450 Degree.
  • Put the olive oil and Maska Food brand Zaater and mix well with a spoon
  • Follow the instruction on the Pizza dough container.
  • The size and thickness of the pie is a personal preference, Some like thin crust some like it thick. Cut the dough to the desired size and thickness on put them on flat pan of cookie sheet.
  • Spread the Oil and Zaater on top of the dough, again the amount of Zaater and oil is personal. Some like lots of Zaater and some like it thin spread.
  • Hard to predict the baking time for Manaeesh Zaater, it depends on lots of factors, my advise is put it in the oven for few minutes, KEEP YOUR EYES ON IT; when the dough turn Golden brown remove it from the oven, let it sit for a few minutes and enjoy.
